  Do not stay there, there are better choices

  None at all

  The process of collecting the access cards are wrong. Even thou I have parked the car at the temporary lot, I have no access into the building (where the mailbox are). There are nobody whom can help me open the building glass or. I had arrived at 11pm and it took me 30 mins to gain access into the building to access the mailbox. The drive to the car park was challenging with tight corners. We waited for Lift C6 but it did not even move at all. We spent close to one hour trying to navigate everything with my young kids. End up when we reach ground level boa another lift, then we realised that Lift C6 was under maintenance. We seek security help to see if there are other lifts to the unit number but security guard keep on pointing to Lift C6. As it was 1am, the host was already asleep with no response. We finally managed to get a resident to help by taking Lift C1. By the time we managed to access the apartment, it was almost 2.30am. The entire apartment smells musky and old. The aircon is not function at all, giving us warm air even thou we turn it on at 20 degrees and waited for 30 mins. We leave the entire apartment at 4am as it is totally too hot to stay inside with my family. For a price of 2 nights at S$400 plus, I would not want to stay again at all. This is not worth the price, based on the process of getting the access card, navigate the complex lift and an old musky smell of the apartment, the warm aircon and not to stay the corridor was so eerie to walk.

  If you intend to shop around KSL mall, not venture out much by car upon reaching KSL, this is a good choice!

  Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good views on a high floor. Direct convenient access to KSL mall (but do note how to get back to the door to D’Esplanade from KSL mall, as once you enter mall, it can get confusing).

  Key card access to main door was not the easiest. Perhaps the battery isn’t strong in one of the key cards (which we didn’t know and kept trying at first). So- important to know which of the 3 cards provided should be used for main door access. The other two cards can probably work for lift access and also through the car park gantry. Traffic around KSL is as usual not the smoothest, so try to stay on foot once you are here!

  Location is good. Booked last min and host was accommodating! Love the private lift as well.

  The apartment is quite dated. The taps are falling off, barely held together. Toilet walls are a little dirty too :(
