Other than being very disappointed about the check in.. the actual accomodation itself was very nice.

It was clean and well set out. Beautiful apartment

Communication. Didn’t get clear check in information. Wasn’t able to reach someone to get check in without a few phone calls, then was on hold for 20 minutes. Still had to spend time working out how to do it ourself in the end. Didn’t fully understand how the process worked until we were leaving. Couldn’t have the key on more than one phone which made it hard. Unable to get the wifi to work.
