  Interior of the villa was nice - but in general disappointing villa, misleading photographs and very poor management. Also a big wasp problem in summer and not suitable for children.

  Disappointing villa, misleading photographs and very poor management Unfortunately, our stay fell well below expectations. The listing photographs are not up to date and do not accurately reflect the condition of the property. The outdoor furniture was tired, dirty and in some cases different from, and inferior to, that advertised, particularly the sun loungers and BBQ area. On arrival, the outdoor areas were covered in bird droppings. I spent approximately three hours cleaning them myself. When we complained, the management agency was rude, defensive and dismissive, offering no apology or practical assistance. The biggest problem was the significant number of wasps around the pool. A constantly dripping outdoor shower attracted large numbers of wasps, making the shower unusable and the pool area extremely unpleasant and difficult for our family to enjoy during much of the day. This seriously affected our holiday, particularly as the private pool was a main reason for booking. The owner attended after we complained, but there was no meaningful follow-up or resolution. We were also promised pool cleaning every two days, yet did not see it cleaned once. Most disappointing was the management agency's attitude and complete lack of customer care. Problems happen, but their defensive responses and failure to take responsibility made matters worse. Our subsequent formal complaint has received no substantive response. For the price paid, the standards were unacceptable. The villa does not live up to its photographs or advertised expectations, and we would not recommend it.

  Un cadre naturel magnifique et une vue incroyable, gâchés par une gestion et une communication déplorables

  Cadre exceptionnel : la maison est perchée au creux de la montagne, offrant un calme absolu et une superbe vue.Connexion avec la nature : l'environnement est très verdoyant, sauvage, avec un potager et un joli jardin intérieur.Extérieurs agréables : la piscine à débordement est un vrai plus et le café Illy à disposition a été très apprécié.

  Communication et accueil lamentables : aucun accueil physique, clés dans un boîtier. La personne de contact de l'agence de conciergerie (Anna R.) a été antipathique et a refusé les appels, n'acceptant que WhatsApp.Arrivée stressante : aucune adresse exacte fournie à l'avance. Arriver tard au port sans instructions, sans eau fraîche ni climatisation allumée après un long voyage, en étant livré à soi-même, n'est pas acceptable.Manque de services et d'entretien : la femme de ménage n'est passée qu'une seule fois et uniquement à notre demande. Nous avons dû acheter nos produits ménagers, faire le ménage et descendre nous-mêmes les poubelles au port.Équipements vétustes : le mobilier extérieur est abîmé, les meubles intérieurs sont vieillots et il manque une vraie salle à manger intérieure. Le barbecue était tellement sale qu'il était inutilisable. Certaines photos de l'annonce semblent retouchées.Accès difficile : la route est sinueuse, non éclairée et effrayante la première fois. Les taxis refusent de monter. Il faut impérativement une bonne voiture et un conducteur expérimenté.Éclairage nocturne : toutes les lumières extérieures s'éteignent automatiquement à minuit. Vu l'isolement de la villa, cela plonge le lieu dans une obscurité totale, ce qui est peu sécurisant.Environnement local : le port de Poros est très désert avec peu de commerces et aucune vie nocturne. Il faut aller jusqu'à Skala pour trouver un peu d'animation.

  Absolutely lovely villa in excellent condition with great views. Very private location.

  The last 800 metres of the approach to the villa is along a rough, narrow track which is a little alarming the first time you drive it but fine once you are used to it.

  Spectacular!

  This villa is more than amazing. It is isolated and has the most beautiful views of ocean blue all around. Everything in the villa is top quality, the kitchen is well equipped and comfortable to cook meals and the garden outside is beautiful and well maintained. We would give this villa 12 out of 10 if possible.
