  A moment of silence in a green oasis.

  Ktima Zotos luxury exotic cottage - what can I say, I was speechless. The villa is not just a place for a person to stay, but a small oasis the middle of an orange grove. This is a corner of paradise where you can take a break, relax, indulge in a book, memories or interesting conversations. There you are surrounded by peace and quiet, while the garden is simply incredible, Stathia is an extremely kind and responsive hostess who welcomes you with homemade lemonade and homemade cake. She speaks English and if you need anything she will do her best to help you. The villa itself is extremely close to the beach, which is nothing special. It is within walking distance, with no bumps. There are two cafes nearby. Ktima Zotos luxury exotic cottage is very well organized and extremely clean, the kitchen is well equipped. In the yard there is a very friendly helper - the dog Zuba, who accepts you as friends from the moment she sees you. Also, in my opinion, this is not a suitable place for teenagers who are looking for dynamics, lots of activities and a place for parties. I will definitely visit the villa again if I choose this area for a vacation in the future.

  As a recommendation, I can give to improve the strength of the internet.

  Περάσαμε ένα υπέροχο διήμερο...σαφέστατες οδηγίες για να βρούμε το κτήμα, εξυπηρετικοί, ευγενικοί και διακριτικοι οικοδεσπότες...το μέρος απλά μαγικό, το κτήμα, η κατοικία δεν υπάρχει το παραμικρό ψεγάδι στο χώρο....όλα πεντακάθαρα, πανέμορφα...ονειρικά...bonus...τα δύο υπέροχα σκυλάκια των ιδιοκτητών...ευχαριστούμε για όλα και μου μας παραχωρήσετε ένα κομμάτι από τον παράδεισο που φτιαξατε

  Όλα ήταν τέλεια και καθαρά. Το κτήμα ειναι μια ζωγραφιά και οι ιδιοκτήτες απίστευτα ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Δεν μας ελειψε το παραμικρό.. Ειναι υπερπλήρες οργανωμένο το σπίτι και έχει καλούς χώρους μέσα αλλα και εξω..Μας καλωσόρισε με κέικ και σπιτική λεμονάδα για όλους..Δεν εχω λόγια..❤️‍🔥❤️

  An unforgettable staycation!

  This property is just unbelievable. A real paradise on earth. We will always choose this place when in Volos. Amazing decorations and landscapes. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. They baked cookies and made fresh lemonade. They also let us cut lemons and oranges from their trees- an experience truly enjoyed. The mattresses were very comfy and the property really clean. Just don’t think twice and book this place!

  perfect stay for families and couples

  Great place for families. We are family of 5 and we had perfect experience. the villa is surrounded by a big beautiful garden. The villa is well equipped with everything needed. The hosting family welcomed us with cold fresh lemonade and warm home backed cookies and were very helpful with any questions that we had. It shows that they really love hosting. 400m walking there is a nice beach with small taverna. there is also a public beach near by for these who prefer less crowded beaches.
