  Bed was comfortable. Great location in a quiet street near the centre and Old Town Agent initially receptive and helpful.

  Bugs on the floor (woodlice), dirty and broken toasted sandwich maker, lumpy pillows, no tea towels, broken light in bathroom

  Well located and smartly appointed apartment for enjoying Rovinj

  Location is some 50yds from bars - but so little use of the narrow road meant no disturbance from pedestrians. Modern well developed apartment which makes good use of the small space. Even the tiny balcony/terrace gets sun in the morning and late afternoon and is an enjoyable asset. Easy access to the Old Town. We were collected by Manuel in a golf cart from a car park on the the edge of town. He advised us on a different parking space where there was no charge and no risk of parking tickets.Thank you!

  Wifi- I complained on arrival it wasn't working and this wasn't addressed. Stairs were slightly awkward at top of our flight, slightly steeper and Turing making the footing narrow. May not suit some people.

  Location, modern interior, terrace

  No wifi available all week! This was a necessity on our ticklist before booking. Messaged the rep, straight away- blamed a provider issue due to weather. Messaged rep again on the 2nd day for an update- no response. Ended up with no wifi all week. Terrible pillows. The 1 each that were provided were old and very thin. The rep messaged us to say bringing fresh towels.on the 4th day and asked for permission to enter property if not in ( advised ok by us) They never came. Finally we left the keys as instructed on arrival ( rep made me take a photo of the keycode in readiness) in the key safe when leaving at 9am for our return flight. We were slightly annoyed/surprised to get a missed call and message at lunchtime when we were flying asking had we left the property and where did we leave the keys? Asking us to reply ASAP. I messaged back when landed in the UK to say -in the keysafe as requested' the response initially was they were not there. I messaged again to say they definitely were put there, then told "we have them" . Totally unnecessary, we knew we had to leave by 10am and the issue with the keys was unsettling.

  Location-in the old town very near the first center. We liked the spacious terrace.

  We didn't like: 1. Bugs (on the floor) and ants (kitchen) in the apartment 2. Our check in was delayed by 30 minutes 3. Apartment floor was dirty, especially under the bed. 4. Missing toilet paper, which was not delivered despite we asked the host. Kitchen towel was missing too. 5. Stinky air conditioning. Obviously this was not cleaned. The host took care of that after we asked him. 6. Information about parking: insufficient informations were provided.
