    Una estancia fantástica frente al mar, en un entorno precioso y con unos trabajadores encantadores que nos han hecho sen

    Nuestra estancia en KUDOS ha sido fantástica. El alojamiento está situado justo delante de la playa, en un entorno precioso que nos ha encantado. Lo que más destacamos es la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, que nos han tratado genial y han hecho que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto y hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la experiencia. Sin duda, recomendamos KUDOS a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de unos días en Zanzíbar, con la playa a pocos pasos y un equipo encantador. ¡Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

    Enttäuschende und unhygienische Unterkunft mit irreführenden Fotos, unprofessionellem Service und einem einschüchternden

    Leider so gut wie nichts. Die Unterkunft war eine große Enttäuschung und entsprach in wesentlichen Punkten nicht unseren Erwartungen aufgrund der veröffentlichten Fotos und der Beschreibung.

    Die Unterkunft entsprach weder den veröffentlichten Fotos noch den versprochenen Standards. Erhebliche Hygienemängel, irreführende Darstellung, mangelnde Professionalität und ein äußerst respektloser Umgang mit Gästen. Besonders schockierend war das Verhalten des Gastgebers bei unserer Abreise, das wir als einschüchternd und völlig inakzeptabel empfanden. Die Einzelheiten und entsprechenden Nachweise werden wir im Rahmen einer offiziellen Beschwerde bei Booking.com einreichen und eine vollständige Rückerstattung fordern.
