    was a beautiful weekend and very close to daysford

    Great location, beautiful out door bath and beautiful spa

    there was massive spider wipes inside the house above the back door there was so many, the only clothes closet was full of water damage and smelt so bad so we couldn’t put our clothes in it, bathroom tiles where cracked i cut my foot from it and outside bath the retractable fence was all ripped it needs a good renovation

    Presents well on arrival, however details make it disappointing at this price point.

    Bed was comfortable. Unit was well presented with modern appliances.

    Issues with the heating. Ducted heating did not work (could not feel any heating from any duct vent throughout stay), the split system was insufficient for the space, the fireplace was unreliable and challenging to manage, even for experienced individuals (which we are!). Slipper a must as the floor was always freezing. Mobile convection heater worked well for the bedroom with the doors shut. Outside temperature during our stay was 1.5-18 degrees Celsius.
