Would not go to this property again.
Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were generally clean, except for the horrible smell. See my complaints about that down below.
Where do I start? We got there at midnight and the guard had no idea how to check us in. He told us to contact a whatsapp number. We finally got into our room after 20 mins of dealing with the person on whatsapp. We got to the room and immediately we smelled a stench from the bathroom. We were too tired to deal with it so just closed the bathroom door. By middle of the night, the smell was so bad that we could barely stay in the room. We complained and they sent someone the next morning to check. All he did was to spray the bathroom and cover the smell. We thought they fixed the issue but the smell was back again in the afternoon. Again such horrible sewage smell that we couldn't stay in the room. We complained again and complained to booking.com but we got no response. By this time, the english speaking person at the front desk was gone and we were left to deal with the problem with the whatsapp person again. They wouldn't switch our room and after they sprayed again, they kept us in the same room for the second night. Again another sleepless night. We finally complained so loudly on the third day that they finally moved us to a better room for the third and fourth nights. Unacceptable to keep guests in a sewage smelling room for night after night.
