    Staff is friendly.

    As it is not a regular hotel, storage of luggage before and after check in&out is charged with the use of luggage locker.

    Excellent, modern, well equipped apartment in a central location

    The property is very central, close to city centre and the gas basin. It is modern, clean and the team there are very welcoming with regular check ins. The facilities are excellent wth everything you need to prepare a meal or just chill in the apartment. We would definitely come back here to explore Birmingham

    There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. These apartments were excellent and such good value. We looked forward to getting back to the apartment every evening
