Que pena la anfitriona
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es coqueto , la pena es que la anfitriona sea una grosera.
La anfitriona nos dejó plantadas 2 horas y nos mandó a tomar un helado, cuando le habia enviado varios correos , sin respuesta, para quedar con ella. Cómo no contestaba , pasé al WhatsApp y las respuestas con cuentagotas y sin aclarar nada. Cuando la vimos , de casualidad y le transmitimos nuestra desilusión por como se habían hecho las cosas, se dio media vuelta y nos dejó allí plantadas, en definitiva una maleducada.

1 nacht in Gengenbach 15 aug - 16 aug 2026 Het was een mooi, schoon en goed onderhouden appartement. De badkamer was erg fijn en ook de bedden waren comfortabel. We hadden alleen totaal niet begrepen dat er bij aankomst niemand aanwezig zou zijn. Gelukkig kwamen er toevallig andere gasten terug die ons konden uitleggen hoe we binnen konden komen. De e-mail met de toegangscode hadden we helaas even gemist. Na contact met de host kregen we de code ook via een berichtje toegestuurd en konden we uiteindelijk gemakkelijk naar binnen. Al met al hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad.
Ik vind wel dat de host op de hoogte zou moeten zijn wanneer de normale toegangsweg naar het appartement vanwege werkzaamheden is afgesloten. Dit zou vooraf aan de gasten gecommuniceerd kunnen worden, zodat je niet voor verrassingen komt te staan. Daarnaast zou het handig zijn om bij de boeking duidelijk aan te geven dat je Nollenstraße (parkeerplaats) als bestemming in de GPS moet invoeren. Je komt dan meteen aan de juiste kant van de stad uit en bent direct in de buurt van het appartement. Dat zou de aankomst een stuk makkelijker maken.
