Pool is an excellent facility and the staff were exceptional.
Main complaint is against the listing in booking.com - content makes no mention of the villa being 2 floors, and the stairs were very unsafe for a toddler. Also, it's quite inconvenient to place a breakfast order the night before.

Very relaxing.
We were met at reception and instructed how to use a bluetooth key on our phone. Staff are lovely and hard-working. Pool is pretty and peaceful. Comfortable bedroom. Hot shower. Drinking water dispenser with hot and cold.Streaming tv if you use your own log in.
Kitchen area really needs an upgrade. Fridge is old too. A toaster would be good.

Great location across the road from Bintang supermarket and walking distance to double six beach for sunsets. Warm sunny pool, which is shared, so this helps with affordability. Friendly engaging staff. Overall comfortable villa, not luxury but has everything you need.
Klunky online check in system which was a demand by KLKL for us to do before we got there. Has an internet sign in process which cuts out daily, requiring another sign in at inconvenient times, like when watching streaming on the TV at night. This is the only accommodation where we have had this process and we have stayed in heaps this year. (Get's annoying after a week of it). Have to download an app to get into your room. And sometimes that cuts out too, so you have to do it all again. First world issues really.
