    Emplacement idéal et place de parking privative en sous sol

    Appartement proche d l'insalubrité. Tres sale, des objets cassés, wc et salle de bain en piteux état. Au demeurant contact avec le propriétaire facile et cordial. Probablement parce que l appartement était en vente...
