  Un magnifique séjour

  J'ai aimé la discrétion et les attentions du personnel. La petite décoration pour notre arrivée. Tout était superbe de l'entrée de l'hôtel avec le garde vraiment sympathique jusqu'à la chambre faite 2 fois par jour, en passant par le cocktail de bienvenue, les plats du restaurant de l'hôtel ou encore la piscine nettoyée chaque jour et le mot écrit dans le sable sur la plage chaque jour. Notre chambre avait vue sur la mer et cela n'a fait qu'ajouter au charme du lieu.

  Super Lage direkt am Meer. Sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer. Super Service vom Hotel und Putzpersonal. Sehr gutes Abendessen.

  Generator ständig am Laufen und sehr laut insbesondere nachts. Frühstück zum wieder Einschlafen, Service äusserst langsam. Zudem ist die Frühstücksbestellung aus unserer Sicht viel zu kompliziert gestaltet, sodass eigentlich nie genau das kam, was bestellt wurde.

  Relaxed beach stay

  Kupaga Villas is right on the beach and has a wonderfully laidback, relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to slow down and enjoy your surroundings. The bar and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was good. We also booked a massage through the hotel, which was excellent and relaxing. The accommodation itself was comfortable and perfectly fine, although nothing particularly special for the price. Overall, a lovely spot if you’re looking for a peaceful beach stay with a relaxed vibe.

  The main downside was the humidity in the room. The bed linen and towels constantly felt damp and had a slightly musty smell. There is also a pipe in the room that makes quite a lot of noise whenever water is running elsewhere in the building. We also placed our towels on the floor after two days to indicate that we wanted them changed, but housekeeping simply put them back until we eventually had to ask for fresh ones. These were relatively small issues, but addressing them would make the stay much more comfortable. We did not expect luxury, just a bit more attention to detail.
