  Onsen Erfahrung

  Das Essen und die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren top.

  Für alles Extra musste man Zusatzkosten bezahlen, z.B. für die Tischtennis-Schläger und die Getränke zum dinner, obwohl diese üblicherweise miteingeschlossen sind in einem Ryokan.

  夕食のお料理一つ一つが地元の食材を活かしていておいしかった。また全体がバランス良く、変化に富んでいて、一連のお料理のつながりを楽しむことができた。更にスタッフが、日本の方も外国籍の方も、とてもホスピタリティのあるサービスぶりでした。（外国籍のあるスタッフが「昨日調べたのです」と仰りながら、メモを見て「きざみわさび」を説明してくださったのには感動しました。）

  温泉街の入り口のロケーションにもかかわらず、道路から目に入る外観が、少し古ぼけた感じでインパクトに欠ける印象でした。

  We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the help rendered by the staff in the ryokan!

  The ample parking lots available. The caring team there, like the manager Tamada San answered all our queries in English, the meals staff translated Japanese cuisine menu to English for us after the first night when we said we couldn’t understand Japanese menu. The property is also within walking distance to walking trails which were also enjoyable.

  Perhaps the curtains in the room can be double layers as the sun rises early like around 5 and shines into the room.

  Nice staff, beautiful view from our room. The onsen was lovely.

  The hotel is worn and old. There is no real bar area, we had to ask reception to order drinks. No atmosphere. Only one set of towels were provided in the room which had to be used for the onsen and showering. An extra fee was required for the private onsen which seems crazy given how much the rooms cost. No ability to cater to dietary requirements. Very, very overpriced.
