We really enjoyed our stay! Special thanks to all the attentive staff, especially 何さん from Taiwan.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the Taiwanese staff member, 何さん. He made sure we understood all the hotel facilities and policies, and ensured that our entire stay went smoothly. He definitely deserves a pay raise! We really enjoyed the family room and its facilities. The property is located in a remote area, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, especially the flowing river. The public onsen was wonderfully hot and relaxing, with a beautiful view of the waterfall. We also made use of the tea set to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea and had a fancy dinner at the restaurant. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves nature and onsens!
The in-room onsen wasn’t hot enough. Even after adjusting the temperature, the water remained only lukewarm.

Per arrivare alla struttura, il personale è venuto a prenderci alla fermata del bus in auto. Personale gentilissimo, ci sono molti servizi diversi (bagni separati, misti, all'aperto, al chiuso, anche privati e saune). Il bagno misto all'aperto stupendo, in mezzo al bosco, vicino a una cascata, o anche in una grotta (artificiale). Il paese, Kurokawa, a sua volta è molto bello. E' usanza fare un pass per girare tra le varie onsen del paese, ma stando un giorno solo abbiamo evitato. In ogni caso gli spazi forniti dall'hotel ci hanno soddisfatto ampiamente. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di capitare durante il festival Kurokawa onsen (inizio ottobre), un piccolo festival molto carino. Con la prenotazione su booking avevamo scelto anche la cena in un ristorante convenzionato, che è andata ben oltre ogni previsione. Per un viaggio romantico in particolare è davvero molto consigliato.
La sera dal festival siamo tornati a piedi, 10 minuti di stradina un po' buia. Non è stato in realtà un problema così grande, soprattutto considerando tutto il resto, rimane consigliatissimo.

とても大満足でまた行きたいです。
普段旅行では睡眠できず寝があさいのですが静かで落ち着く部屋でとてもゆっくり寝ることができました。夕食のあか牛コースもとても美味しく変更していただきありがとうございました。
Wi-Fiが繋がらず電波も悪く電話がつながりませんでした。でも今思えばゆっくりできたのでかえってよかったとも思ってます。
