    客室は広く綺麗で落ち着いて過ごせました。お風呂は大浴場と露天風呂に行きましたが、広くはないものの心地よく、比較的ぬる湯だったこともありゆっくり楽しめました。 食事はお味は良いので、仲居さんとのコミュニケーションや提供タイミングがよくなるとよりいいのではと思いました。 あとは、ロビーに黒川温泉以外の周辺エリアの観光情報が少なかった気がします。

    入住體驗非常好，雖然只是入住兩個晚上，每位工作人員的服務態度都非常良好。還記得6月20日入住的時候，因為發生了一點意外需要外出處理，導致錯過了晚餐用饍的時間。但是工作人員并沒有因此放棄我們，當我們回到旅館，工作人員貼心地主動接觸我們，告訴我們仍然可以享用我們的晚餐。我們十分感動。想要在此特別感謝每一位工作人員，特別是會說普通話的研修中的周小姐，感謝你這兩天的服務。

    静寂の中で全て癒されました。過度でないおもてなしも大変気に入りました。お風呂も最高で何度も入りました。次回も壱の井さんです。 はるかjuice美味しかった❤️
