    Enttäuschender Umgang mit Gästen trotz schriftlicher Parkplatzreservierung

    Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt für eine Nacht im September gebucht und bereits im März einen Parkplatz per E-Mail reserviert. Diese Reservierung wurde uns vom Hotel schriftlich bestätigt. Bei unserer Ankunft waren jedoch alle vier hoteleigenen Parkplätze belegt und vor Ort wurde behauptet, es läge keine Parkplatzreservierung vor. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit dieser Situation. Obwohl wir die schriftliche Bestätigung vorzeigen konnten, wurde der Fehler nicht eingestanden. Stattdessen sollten wir unser vollgepacktes Auto an anderer Stelle abstellen, was angesichts unseres Gepäcks und der Entfernung zum Hotel keine zumutbare Lösung war. Der vorgeschlagene Parkplatz lag direkt am Fußweg zum Bahnhof und unmittelbar vor einer Parkbank. Angesichts unseres Gepäcks für eine zweiwöchige Reise war dies für uns keine zumutbare Lösung. Eine Entschuldigung oder ein angemessenes Entgegenkommen gab es nicht. Stattdessen wurde uns schließlich sogar vorgeworfen, einen Tag zu spät angereist zu sein, was nicht der Wahrheit entsprach. Da keine Lösung gefunden wurde, einigten wir uns auf eine Stornierung und haben das Hotel nicht bezogen. Wir können daher keine Aussage zu den Zimmern oder dem Frühstück treffen. Der Umgang mit unserer bestätigten Parkplatzreservierung und die Art der Kommunikation vor Ort waren jedoch äußerst enttäuschend. Wir hätten erwartet, dass ein Hotel bei einem eigenen Fehler professionell reagiert, diesen nachvollziehbar prüft und sich um eine faire Lösung bemüht.
