Spacious, well furbished, comfortable apartment in quiet area close to bakery, supermarket, gas station and short 10 min
We stayed 1 night at the Deluxe apartment so with 3 bedrooms, living room + open kitchen and 2 bathrooms we had plenty of space and privacy for 3 people (though it can easily sleep 9-10 people). The apartment is simple yet tastefully furbished, fully equipped (great kitchen!) and very comfortable (beds in particular, we slept quite well). Nice touch on coffee, tea & sugar available at the apartment. Area is quiet though on a main street, 2 min walk from a lovely bakery, supermarket, close to a gas station and short 10 min drive to Europa Park & Rulantica, which all made things easy in the morning before going to the park. Air conditioning and heaters in every bedroom & living room were very helpful and efficient on a cold autumn night. Self check-in and check-out is also convenient (no keys, just a code communicated by host via Booking messaging).
At first we had some trouble with the entry door motor getting stuck several times before it finally opened, but the host was already getting ready to come help when we contacted him. One of the velux windows in the 4-bed bedroom didn’t seem to lock properly, but it stayed in place. Some extension cords may be useful in that particular bedroom if there are more people sleeping in as there are only a couple outlets. The hallway light did not seem to work upon entry. Main bathroom does not have heating which may be a small discomfort only on very cold days, as all the other rooms have AC hot/cold and heaters. But these are minor aspects that can be easily disregarded or fixed, compared to the rest of the wonderful aspects about the property and stay that was perfect for what we needed.

Es war viel Platz und es gab eine Terrase
Der TV war defekt, was aber auch nur zweitrangig war, der Müll von anderen Leuten war noch in der Küche und man konnte nicht baden. Und es gab ein Badbild, was es garnicht gab. Ansonsten war alles gut.
