When we arrived at 2:30 the room was not ready yet. Then they gave as a wrong room so we had to wait longer for them to clean the room. The WiFi was not working the whole time we were there, they had to fix the TV and kettle who did not want to work. The staff was very friendly and helpful thought. And the rst of the stay was food except for when we checked out early we asked for a yogust and a fruit to eat on the way and they said they do not have. They only go shopping the next morning.

Great value for money, comfortable, and clean
Really good value for money guesthouse. My daughter and I got stranded in Newcastle after our car broke down and we stayed here for the night. It is immaculately clean, very helpful house staff. Room was very spacious with all the amenities needed to wind down after a long day of driving.
