    Alarm went off in the morning. Thanks god we know what to do, nobody came to reassure us either check others or inform u

    The location is superb. We have been there several times, and always loved the area. One of the member of the staff was very helpful and well trained how to be a good host.

    Check in was not so prompt, as we were very patient (arrived early) we assumed they will help us at least a bit more than what we actually experienced (it was rainy,my disabled husband and dogs needed to wait 10 mins outside, as I was not able to find the staff around the time for checking

    Great views over the loch to watch the tides rush in and out.

    We have visited Scotland many times and always wanted to stay in Kylesku. We booked two nights in Kylesku House and were upgraded to a superior twin in the hotel. The location is fabulous. Room was comfortable with a beautiful view over the habour. The guest lounge, the restaurant and the bar were all comfortable with great views.

    We had high expectations to the food. This is an expensive hotel describing themselves as focused on seafood which makes sense given the location. Considering that we visited in October which is high season for seafood, we were quite disappointed about the food selection. We had expected a focus on Scottish produce when it came to meats and not least seafood. Unfortunately this was not the case and for this reason we would probably book elsewhere if we return to the area.
