    - appartement grand et propre et rénové - matelas confortable pour moi - cuisine fonctionnelle avec café+ filtre + sel + poivre . Hyper pratique - présence machine a laver , vraiment super vu la chaleur qu'il fait la bas - climatisation présente dans tout l'appartement - vrai dressing très appréciable - a proximité rapide du tram et du bus, a 8-10 min du métro neos kosmos. Pour moi localisation pratique car j'ai bougé entre le centre de Athènes et Pirée, alimos et vouliagmeni - communication au top avec l'hôte . Réactif et consignes claires -presence d'une petite Terrasse, super pour le petit dej le matin

    - le seul gros point noir c'est la salle de bain . Si vous êtes un peu costaud c'est compliqué de rentrer dans la douche mais sinon elle est propre . - au 3e étage sans ascenseur, pas un problème pour moi mais a signaler pour ceux qui ont des difficultés - ça fait bizarre d'entendre des travaux de perceuses a 22h30 mais en Grèce les heures calmes sont de 15 a 17h puis de 23h30 a 7h30. Juste pas l'habitude. Mais l'appartement est tellement bien que ça passe
