  The Villa was beautiful. It was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the air con was excellent and quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and plenty of linen was provided (including swim towels and throws for the sun beds to lie on). The pool was clean and very clear with no smell or chlorine. Views of the sea were lovely, with patios/balconies on both sides of the property. There was a constant breeze which meant that even in the heat of summer, it was pleasant outside in the shade and also there were no mosquitos! The host lives next door and was extremely charming and helpful, even bringing over a home cooked meal on the second evening we were there. There was plenty of shade including a lunch area with gas barbecue and sink which was lovely in the evenings. Being 15 minutes from the airport was great on arrival and departure, but we weren't troubled by any airplane noise and although close to Heraklion, was away from the strip and so was very calm and quiet. Electric blinds on the windows helped keep the property cool and also kept out the morning light, delivering an excellent night's sleep. Very close to Knossos (15 minutes) and to the waterpark (4 minutes). Overall, a fabulous experience!

  Not much to say. The top bedroom was a little small so storage space was limited, but we just left our bags on the balconies. It was only a 20 minute walk to the beach, but probably better to drive (5 minutes) than walk as pedestrian routes weren't well signposted.

  Perfect holiday villa

  The house had all he amenities possible, it was very beautiful, modern and clean. Our host was amazing, she provided food and anything we needed, always available! The pool area was great. It was possible to adjust the air-conditioning per room and it functioned great. Truly excellent experience and vacation.

  A perfect luxury villa with amazing hosts. A++

  We had an amazing stay at the Kymo Instyle Villa in July 2026. The villa is stylish with gorgeous, well-designed rooms and high-end finishes throughout. The villa is well appointed with everything needed for a holiday away from home. The views of the ocean are stunning. Our host (Eva) is one of the nicest people we have ever met, and she went out of her way to take care of us. Upon our arrival, she greeted us with a variety of fruits, snacks, beverages, and other food. She then stopped by on our second day with a home-cooked meal. We have stayed in countless AirBNBs, VRBOs, etc. over the years, but we have never received such great hospitality before. Eva is truly one of a kind.

  Amazing villa and the owners are also amazing and very helpful and friendly! 10/10 !

  Location was excellent, no more than 20 mins away from most popular locations ! Very Morden and stylish with everything you could need !

  Nothing to not like ! Was perfect !
