    Perfect property with exceptional finishes and friendly staff.

    Incredible property with outstanding finishes! Everything was impeccable. The in-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms is convenient and unexpected. The property owner Mary-Louise was extremely helpful with restaurant reservations and beach suggestions. The villa was clean and well-maintained Best villa in Zakynthos and the best property we visited in all of Greece.

    There is absolutely nothing. Perfect stay.

    Amazing stay. The host is magical with all tips and help, and suggested a lot of great restaurants.

    It’s very spacious. And the functional design is very thoughtful. Owner put a lot of thoughts into the villa. The pool is amazing.

    Fantastico!

    La proprietaria super disponibile, cordiale, affabile. 5 stelle per questa struttura e la disponibilità della proprietaria sono poco. Ci ha proposto attività ottime per il nostro soggiorno. La casa bellissima, pulita e attrezzata. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani quotidiane.

    Dreamy modern villa with a fantastic efficient host who helped us enjoy the best 4 days in Zakynthos. Peaceful & bea

    Kymothoe elite villa’s (we stayed in Irida) was a gorgeous modern property with all the appliances/ equipment you could need. Daily housekeeping provided fresh towels & cleaned each day. Double bedrooms and all en-suite meant we a group of friends we had our own private space but then plenty of communal spaces to spend quality time together too. The property was well sound proofed, air conditioning was powerful but quiet and available in all rooms, and the beds were comfy. The pool was saltwater so gentle on skin & swimwear, sea views could be seen from ground & upper floor as well as the pool/ patio area. There was access to a private beach via the sister hotel, this was an absolute hidden gem, a beautiful small cove with sunbeds available. Whilst the property itself is fantastic what made our stay even better was the knowledge and help provided by our host Mary- Louise. She provided a list of local restaurants / amenities and then booked tables / taxi’s on our behalf helping us make the most of our short but amazing stay. Every restaurant recommended was brilliant, and she helped us see the best of zakynthos.
