    What a hidden gem! So peaceful and quiet place. The host family is very welcoming, hospitable and friendly! The location is great, close to the station and on walkable distance from sights in Kyoto. Really enjoyed my stay!

    This place is very different from a typical hotel. It is a small, family-run accommodation with only two rooms, so it feels much more like staying in a warm and welcoming home. Everyone was incredibly kind and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. There was one moment during my stay that I will never forget. One day, I was planning to visit Yusaitei in Arashiyama, but I realized that I would be late for my entrance time. The owner kindly drove me all the way to Kyoto Station so I could make it on time. I was honestly so surprised by this thoughtful gesture. I will never forget your kindness and hospitality. As soon as I entered my room, I was welcomed with a cup of Japanese tea and a traditional Kyoto sweet. It was such a lovely and thoughtful touch! Even the logo and key holder in the room is so cute!!! Thank you so much for making me feel at home and for being so incredibly kind. If I ever come back to Kyoto, I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for everything! ❤️
