    Excellent for early birds

    Location! 3-min walk to the famous Kiyomizu-dera Temple and surrounding historical neighborhood full of shops, restaurants, and cafes.Excellent for renting a kimono and taking picture to beat the crowd. Please bring a breakfast with you, most of the cafe around open at 9:30. Very comfortable beds, the staff is fast on answering your texts after working hours.

    Attention: very difficult to get a taxi/Uber on the way out, One has to walk down the street to the taxi station, which is not easy if you have lots of language.
