the stay was great overall, but hard to sleep in past 8am

The area is very quiet, the house is tucked away on a little street but still close to a couple konbini. The train station is a 6-8 minute walk away, and after dark the area was very nice to wander around to snap some scenic photos. The house has a very traditional Japanese feeling to it with the tatami mats, and sliding paper doors.

I was excited to see how comfortable the futons were because this property only has one western style bed, which my mother used, but I've found it to not be as comfortable as i had hoped, which would be fine except that room faces the sunrise and the curtains don't hold the sun back well if you plan on sleeping in.

This place felt like it could be our home, very beautiful, so cozy, and nice and clean with great amenities. It was also pretty close to the train stations and some excellent restaurants.

The bath tub was great and the house was well kept!

The mattress and pillows were very hard compared to what my wife and I are used to.
