All requests for check-in/check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Guests arriving before 16:00/after 21:00 are requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time. Please note that an additional charge of JPY2000 per hour will apply for check-in outside of scheduled hours and late check-out after 10:00. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival. A surcharge starting of JPY7000 per person, per (day/stay) applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
