    Okay in terms of location, be careful as there is not always a receptionist

    Great location, facilities

    We had very bad experience while trying to send our luggage via Yamato to next hotel. The reception was manned by older lady who did not speak a word in English, and did not know what to do.. the process that in other hotels took us 5min, here took 1h, with us stressing that the luggage will get lost as the lady clearly did not know what she was doing

    Tutto! Personale gentilissimo, stanza super spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Servizi come colazione, wine tasting, minibar e acqua in camera davvero curati nel dettaglio. Posizione strategica. STRUTTURA CONSIGLIATISSIMA

    The beauty of Kyoto captured.

    It was traditional yet modern, capturing the essence of Kyoto. Perfect location for exploring Kyoto and the staff were amazing.
