    Upscale hotel, helpful staff, free shuttle to Kyoto station

    The hotel is not close to the station While the hotel shuttle runs every 30 mins most of the day, the public buses nearby were not so good and often crowded Nearby not many restaurants choices so we had to go to station area for reasonable food options That's my only issue otherwise it's great hotel

    Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war gut mit bequemen Betten und kleines sauberes Bad

    Der Zimmer Service war gut und schnell. Aber wenn man ein chinesisches Essen bestellt, erwartet man natürlich den Reis dazu. Das war nicht geliefert. Auf unsere Frage haben wir natürlich Reis bekommen aber extra im Rechnung gestellt ...

    Very beautiful hotel! The rooms were clean and good ventilated. The staff were very helpful and professional. They had a shuttle bus between the hotel and Kyoto station.
