  素晴らしい滞在

  チェックイン時間の2時間前に到着したが、直ぐにチェックインできた。 ウエルカムドリンクの提供、チェックイン後に部屋で休んでいたらクッキーを持ってきてくれた。 部屋はとてもきれい。 朝食の種類が豊富。 スタッフはみんな親切であった。 旧市街へも徒歩圏内。

  シャワー室と洗面所に段差などがないため、シャワー室のドアを閉めていても洗面所に水が染み出てくる。 目の前が路面電車が走っている部屋であったため、朝４時ごろから電車が走り出すので騒がしかった。

  A Perfect Stay Thanks to Exceptional Hospitality ❤️

  I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I truly felt at home. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to local markets, shops, and plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, the most special part of my stay was Ms. Vela. The way she approaches her work with such genuine warmth and passion, turning it into true hospitality, made all the difference. Every time I entered the hotel, she welcomed with her sincere smile and kindly checked whether I needed anything or was comfortable. Her thoughtfulness and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to her. She played a huge part in making my stay so memorable. Kyriad Prestige is now my hotel of choice in Tunis! ❤️

  I honestly believe there is nothing to dislike when Ms. Vela is around. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality make everything even more special. She truly makes you feel at home!

  Camera molto pulita e spaziosa, staff gentile e disponibili. L’hotel per noi si trova in una zona tranquilla fuori dalla medina, ma raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.
