    We had a good time. Karuizawa was beautiful overall plus the hotel was great too!

    Room was spacious and clean. Good location, very near to Old Ginza Street.

    The bathroom sink was too low, making us bend down to use it. The pillow was also too soft, almost as if we were sleeping on a flat surface.

    Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. Planning to visit again.

    Fantastic location. Beautiful property. Peaceful. Staff was exceptional with customer service. First time in Kanazawa but will come back and stay longer in the future.

    Breakfast understaffed but there are many options in walking distance.
