Jane the host was lovely and so happy to share her beautiful home. The gardens and the view are worth the money alone. The location is like a postcard and photos do not do it justice. Jane's breakfast coming from the chickens roaming around the garden was so fresh and beautifully prepared better than any restaurant.

The host was lovely and the accommodation was of top class. We had a lovely experience at l'Abri.
We had a lovely experience and the host was super lovely to us. And we met other very nice people around the breakfast table. We would definitely come back or recommend l'Abri to our friends and families. Top place, top host🥰

הצימר היה במקום מיוחד, עם גינה מדהימה. קרוב לאגם, 5 דקות נסיעה מאקרואה. בעלת הצימר Jane הייתה מאוד אכפתית, הכינה עוגיות שחיכו לנו בצימר, וארוחת בוקר טעימה, ומגוונת בפירות טריים, מיץ סחוט ומנה לפי בחירה.
האינטרט בעיקר בערב היה קצת חלש.

Delightful B&B in an excellent location
Jayne is a lovely ant attentive host. The property is well located and maintained to a very high standard. Breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommended

Fabulous B&B with a most welcoming host Jayne. Lovely location and excellent breakfasts.
Gorgeous property near the lovely town of Akaroa. Jane is most welcoming as a host and provides a magnificent breakfast. We stayed twice on our trip, in different rooms, both of which were fabulous with views out across the immaculate gardens to the bay. It almost felt like coming home when we returned here at the end of our tour of NZ. I would recommend this an alternative to staying in Christchurch.
Absolutely nothing to dislike here!
