    Traumlage, toller Urlaub, sehr gepflegte Außenanlage und geräumige Fewo mit guter Ausstattung

    Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, mit einem grandiosen Blick. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, das WLAN war bei uns für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut. Die Terrasse mit Ostblick bietet Sonne am morgen und insgesamt guten Schutz vor Wind/Regen. Die Sonne strahlt bis ca. 12/13.00 Uhr (Juli) direkt auf die Fewo. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, Waschmaschine und einige kleine weitere Ausstattungsgegenstände sind für eine italienische FeWo nicht immer üblich (Geschirrspültabs verfügbar, viele Messer, ein paar Gewürze ...). Es gab eigene Sonnenliegen und der Garten war vorzüglich gepflegt. Wir haben die FeWo für Ausflüge nach Mailand, Turin, Novara, an den Lago Mergozzo (großartig!), Lago Maggiore, Verbania und Varallo genutzt. Bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel gab es auch einige hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Alles in allem ein top Urlaub

    Die Schlüsselübergabe/-rückgabe war zeitlich exakt getimt und leider (wir waren deutlich früher vor Ort) konnte eine frühere Übergabe nicht gewährleistet werden. Die Rückgabe fand deutlich verspätet statt und wäre ebenfalls nicht zwingend nötig. Ein Schlüsselfach mit Code würde dies deutlich flexibilisieren. Etwas mehr Küchenequipment (es gab leider nur eine ordentliche Schüssel für das Müsli (bzw. einige aus Plastik) und sehr wenige kleine Löffel) hätte geholfen, aber das als Nice-to-have (ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet). Es hat sehr lange (wir waren schon oft in italienischen FeWos) gedauert, bis das Wasser warm wurde (Küche + Dusche). In der Anlage waren bei uns viele Dauermieter untergebracht, die zum Großteil nur am Wochenende vor Ort waren. Dadurch war es fast immer sehr ruhig, wobei die Dauermieter sich sehr gut kannten und man sich als Tourist teilweise nicht so willkommen gefühlt hat. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum mit 0,5 km passt leider gar nicht, es sind mindestens 1,5 km (mit dem Auto und zu Fuß gemessen).

    Stunning views and comfortable apartments

    The views of the lake Orta is absolutely stunning. The apartment is well furnished, and exceptionally clean. During the week it was very quite, but in the weekend more people are in the other apartments, and there is a bit more noise, but all very acceptable. The small ‘garden’ and terrace are also very comfortable. The swimming pool is heated and was exceptionally located with stunning views. There are private sunbeds at the pool. Private parking onsite is very pleasant, and although the super markets and stores are not far in terms of driving time, you do need a car to get to the location and the stores.

    Wifi was not very fast and a bit unstable, but that is a very minor complaint.
