A basic but well-equipped room with everything we needed for a comfortable one-night stay. The host, Fabio was extremely flexible, helpful, and welcoming. We received lots of great recommendations and tips on what to see and try, including viewpoints, restaurants, breakfast places, and even a chocolate shop. Every recommendation we tried turned out to be excellent, and these tips really made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. We were initially worried that parking might be difficult, but both times we arrived, we managed to find a free parking spot near the property without any problems.
The property is a little further from the main local attractions. However, this also means that the surrounding area offers beautiful views, and you can enjoy a pleasant walk downhill while discovering the town along the way. We actually really enjoyed this aspect.

Fabio y Rosy son maravillosos, Fabio estuvo pendiente desde el primer minuto, dándonos información y con la mejor predisposición. La ubicación es excelente, y se puede aparcar muy fácilmente. Puedes conseguir aparar en zona blanca muy cerca. Destaco la limpieza, estaba todo muy limpio. Tiene lo necesario para pasar muy bien la estancia. Por el tamaño de la habitación nosotros no cocinamos. La habitación es pequeña y el baño también pero para nosotros no fue un problema. Tienen cafetera italiana, por si quieres llevar cafe para el desayuno.

Ottimo soggiorno a Modica Alta con Host super disponibile
Host accogliente e disponibile. Casa piccolina ma con tutto il necessario. Comodissimo balcone. Posizione perfetta e strategica con molti parcheggi vicino. Consiglio vivamente
