The apartment is quite nice and spacious, with a lot of potential. Good TV, good washing machine, good bathroom, a lot of space on the bedroom. It also has a great outdoor space with a table and awning. The bedroom table is also very good. The room has plenty of storage.

Unfortunately, several factors were not right. The apartment was dirty; you could feel it had been vacuumed on the floor, but it hadn't been washed. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were dirty inside. There were many dishes with dried dirt. The showerhead kept falling; the support couldn't hold the showerhead in the position we wanted. The double bed mattress was crooked; it was high in the middle and low on both sides. The exterior also had a dusty floor.
