Pienza è un luogo ove puntualmente si ritorna volentieri.
Posizione.
Colazione e l’esiguo spazio della camera, troppo piena di oggetti decorativi, assolutamente inutili e peggiorativi. Di conseguenza il rapporto qualità/prezzo ne risente inevitabilmente.

Não considerem se hospedar nessa arapuca. Vou relatar aqui o que aconteceu. Recebi mensagem que o horario do check-in se encerrava às 18h. Chegamos 17:10h. Não havia ninguem. Enviei mensagem pelo booking. Liguei exatas 53 vezes entre a chegada e 18h, retornava como ocupado. Tive que procurar outra acomodação. Reclamei, pedi cancelamento, foi negado porque a acomodação alegou que eu cheguei depois das 18h e que tinham testemunhas disso (nem imagino que testemunhas) e outra alegação que eu liguei às 23:30h. Tudo mentira. Reclamei novamente e me ameaçaram de denuncia como hospede indesejável junto ao booking. Faço reservas pelo booking há mais de 10 anos, sou Genius nivel 3 e não preciso mentir para ter 90 euros estornados, porque na viagem foram gastos mais de 3000 euros em hospedagem. Enviei evidencias para o booking, mas estão sendo ignoradas e a hospedagem mantem a sua posição que considero de estelionato. Don't even think about staying in that dump. I called exactly 53 times between our arrival and 6 PM, and it kept returning as busy. I had to look for another place to stay. I complained, asked for a cancellation, and it was denied because the accommodation claimed I arrived after 6 PM and that they had witnesses to that (I can't even imagine what witnesses) and another claim that I called at 11:30 PM. All lies. I complained again, and they threatened to report me as an unwanted guest to Booking. I've been making reservations through Booking for over 10 years, I'm Genius level 3, and I don't need to lie to get 90 euros refunded, especially since more than 3000 euros were spent on lodging during the trip. I sent evidence to Booking, but it's being ignored, and the accommodation maintains its position, which I consider fraudulent.
