    Bellissimo attichetto

    Posizione ottima, bellissimo appartamento con terrazzo.

    Materasso e cuscini scomodi, troppo duro il materasso e troppo soffici i cuscini, consiglio di mettere un topper e di prendere dei cuscini in memory.

    Nette Unterkunft, tolle Dachterrasse. Sehr gut gelegen an einer Metro-Station, man ist schnell überall.

    Meine Probleme begannen nach meinem Aufenthalt. Da es ein beruflicher Aufenthalt war, benötigte ich eine Rechnung, da mir mein Auftraggeber den Betrag zurückerstattet. Bis zum heutigen Tag weigert sich der Gastgeber, mir eine Rechnung auszustellen mit der Begründung, das sei die Aufgabe von booking.com, was laut AGB nicht der Fall ist. Ich habe den Kundenservice eingeschaltet, der hat den Gastgeber darauf hingewiesen, dass das seine Pflicht sei und ihm und mir die Vertragsbedingungen zugemailt, aus denen das hervorgeht. Nach weiteren Bitten, Mails und Telefonaten habe ich bis zum heutigen Tag keine Rechnung erhalten. So kann mir mein Auftraggeber den Betrag nicht erstatten und ich verliere 480 Euro.
