    Quartier finalement assez vivants mais surtout beaucoup de commodités à proximité Une pâtisserie/bar à 5 mètres avec un boucher à côté un primeur à 20 mètres, un supermarché à 25 Mètres, un bar pizzeria à 50 Mètres, un tabac à 150 Mètres. Très grande terrasse.. Dix marches à monter mais après ascenseur jusqu'au 5 ème étage..

    Equipement très cheap, pas de charme, et c'est peut être ma faute je pensais avoir réservé vue Mer, mais pur voir la mer il fallait avoir des bons yeux et regarder entre des immeubles assez moches.. Et vraiment très décentré : 1.5 km du Centre ville
