gepflegt, gute Lage
gut gelegen, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof durch Neustadt zu erreichen, Altstadt zu Fuß in 20 min ohne Probleme, angenehm zu gehen. Direkt gegenüber der katholischen Kathedrale, jeden Morgen Gottesdienst, sehr freundlicher Herr, der einen willkommen heißt. Die Wohnung ist modern und gepflegt, gute Klimaanlage, Dusche und Bad ohne Beanstandung, Küche gut ausgestattet, Wohnung zur Straße und Fenster zum gegrünten Hof. Zwei bequeme Sofa im Wohn/ Esszimmer. Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken
alles gut, vielleicht eines: großer Esstisch für gemeinsames Mahl wäre nett.

MOLT CÈNTRIC I TRANQUIL
El check-in va ser molt fàcil i l'amfitrió em va tenir em tot moment informat. L'apartament està situat en un barri molt tranquil però a 2 minuts del centre de la ciutat i a 15 del casc històric. Hi ha 2 supermercats al carrer del costat de l'apartament i està molt ben comunicat amb el transport urbà (tramvia, tren, autobús a l'aeroport i taxi). Les vistes donen al carrer, tot just davant de l'institut francès. Llit còmode i gran.
La conexió de wifi a vegades fallava i això feia que els canals de televisió no funcionessin amb normalitat però, a part d'axiò, tot funcionava correctament. No hi ha aire condiconat però a nosaltres no ens va fer falta perquè vam viatjar a l'octubre i la temperatura era molt bona.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal : proche de la gare ferroviaire, du tramway et à quelques minutes de l'ancienne médina.
S'agissant d'un ancien immeuble, les escaliers nécessitent un effort supplémentaire d'entretien.
