Jak na włoskie standardy, to bardzo dobre mieszkanie. Dobra komunikacja - metro i dworzec. Blisko mały park. Dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Czysta pościel, bardzo czyste ręczniki. Bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja z różnymi poziomami nawiewu i nie przeszkadza w nocy. Bardzo dobra i sprawna komunikacja z personelem. Przy samym wejściu do kamienicy można zjeść śniadanie i wypić dobrą kawę. Generalnie dobra miejscówka na bazę wypadową do zwiedzania komunikacją i pieszo.
Jeśli ktoś lubi słoneczne i piękne widoki, to w tym mieszkaniu ich nie ma, ale znalezienie w centrum Rzymu mieszkania z pięknym widokiem graniczy z cudem, więc uznaję to za normę. Okolica, w której jest sporo mieszkańców z Azji, ale to też aktualna norma w Rzymie. Warto jednak mieć świadomość, jeśli ktoś oczekuje czegoś innego.

La clim (indispensable pour un mois d’août à Rome) L'emplacement est bien, pas loin de la gare et pas loin du centre-ville à pied. Le lit est top. L'insonorisation de l'appartement est top. Petits magasins alimentaires à moins de 100 mètres Très bien équipé
- Le prix de la taxe de séjour .. 6€ par personne et par jour ! (Même pour les enfants) - Un mini balcon avec une vue pas très jolie

Goede centrale ligging en toch erg rustig! Het appartement is ruim en heel proper. Ontbijtmogelijkheden in de buurt, alsook kleine supermarkt voor de deur indien je zelf ontbijt wil voorzien.
Communicatie vooraf van de eigenares nogal op bevelende toon. Niet erg warm ontvangen.
