    En el momento del check-in la persona responsable solicitó un incremento del precio cuando la reserva llevaba pagada dos meses, quería anular el pago para que hiciera otro con el nuevo precio, y en el momento de check-out solicitó 30€ por el servicio de limpieza cuando en la primera factura ponía que estaba incluido.
