    Beautiful Lake side location

    The location is fantastic overlooking the lakes and very close to ferry The staff were very helpful

    The internet is weak and the lack of air con difficult as it was very hot

    Very nice apartment in a great location with an amazing view

    A really large, spacious apartment, with great views of the lake, mountains, Sulzano, ferries and boats, located on the waterfront promenade, very close to cafes, restaurants, shops and ferry piers. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, the bedroom and bathroom are nice. There's no AC, but there's a movable tower fan. The large clock in the living room is useful. Peschiera is picturesque - besides sitting in outdoor cafes and doing lakeside walks, you can explore the narrow back streets. In the evening you can enjoy the sound of water lapping against boats and the promenade.

    I suggest providing an electric kettle (bollitore) in the kitchen, hooks or racks for towels and clothes in the bathroom, and bigger/stronger lamps next to the bed. The wifi was a bit unstable, sometimes I had to use my phone as a hotspot for my laptop. It can be a little noisy from early morning till 11-12 at night - but you're in the heart of the lively waterfront.
