Uitstekend hotel in een historisch pand. Heel vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden, propere kamers. Prima ontbijt.

Formerly smart, tired to the point of total exhaustion!

Stayed here many times over the last 8 years, great for Arras centre and parking at hotel if you book ahead. Good value for money, very peaceful location despite being in the middle of a small city

It is now tired to the point of exhaustion. Zero maintenance for the last couple of years and the public areas, especially the stair carpet is stained and filthy. Clean it or replace it! Hotel always busy, but it won’t be if you don’t start maintaining it.

    Charming, excellently located hotel.

Charming hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. The breakfast room had a lovely feel with the exposed brickwork. Super location in the centre of Arras. Parking genuinely secure.

Slightly tired in places but really not something to complain about given how well kept everything is.
