    This property has potential. If the repairs are done, it would get a 8.0 rating.

    The host was easy to communicate with Check in process was simple, and so was the check out process Air cons working well, beds are comfortable, water pressure is strong for a good shower The gym is well equipped

    The unit needs to be repaired. The ceiling above the middle bathroom looks like it was about to collapse due to an active leak. The sink in the master bathroom is leaking and a bucket was placed under to catch drips. The dining table was wobbly. Fortunately for us, we only stayed a night so we could make do with these defects.

    Despite the property is fairly new but things are already falling apart. Would not visit again.

    Too close to the expressway, poor upkeep of the building, poor workmanship, there are piles of water everywhere including the entrance to the property after a heavy downpour. Walls are molding causing really foul smell and definitely unpleasant even for a short stay.
