    Tolles Haus, aber sanierungsbedürftig.

    Die Lage des Haues ist sehr gut, nur 200 m von der Plaza Espana entfernt. Das Haus ist alt, ebenso die Einrichtung und Möbel. Durch die vielen persönlichen Einrichtungsgegenstände, Gemälde, Figuren u.a. hat das Haus einen ganz besonderen Charme. Es wirkt fast musial. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Patio und die Dachterrassen.

    Von Anfang an hat es in dem Haus gerochen, der Gestank kam aus dem Badezimmer und der unteren Toilette, die nur einen Vorhang und keine Tür hat. Auch aus dem Waschbecken im Badezimmer hat es, wenn man das Wasser laufen ließ, gestunken. Wir haben Gloria - vielleicht zu spät - darüber berichtet. Nach zwei Tagen kam dann ein Techniker - wir waren während der Zeit unterwegs - und er hat angeblich nichts feststellen können. Gloria sprach dann von einem nicht existierenden Problem, was uns sehr geärgert hat, weil wir den Gestank 13 Tage ausgehalten haben. Das Problem ist wohl schon einmal im August dieses Jahres aufgetreten und wurde wohl von dem Techniker "gelöst". Nach unserer Meinung wohl nur vorübergehend.

    La Aldaba is a beautiful traditional house, with plenty of space and two sunny terraces.

    Leaving! There are plenty of traditionally tiled steps leading up to bedrooms and terraces, but we didn’t find it a problem, of course some people may.
