    Overall very disappointing and very overpriced.

    Massimo, who checked us in, was very nice and helpful

    The room was disappointing and the photos were misleading. The room was very small (not enough room to leave our suitcases out, repeatedly hit the TV on the wall because there was so little space between the mounted TV and the edge of the bed), the floors were not clean, and the room was dusty. The bathroom was very small with a small shower, the toilet seat and cover were broken, toilet didn't fully flush. There wasn't a single place to hang towels. The sign outside read "bed & breakfast," however there is no breakfast. This is essentially a more adult hostel - shared living area and kitchen, personal bathrooms. We were not able to leave our things in a secure place after check out. The location isn't bad - right on the beach. I asked for help making a reservation in advance of our arrival but was told I didn't need one despite recommendations from friends who were there the week before - of course, we did need one and Massimo helped make a reservation for the following evening, but our first evening plans were thrown off and we had difficulty finding a place to eat since it was later in the evening. Overall very disappointing and very overpriced. Really wished I'd booked something else.
