Mooi ruim, gezellig appartement.

The apartment has a good central location with a view of the church; however, this does not outweigh the overall impression.
The photographs do not correspond to reality – the space feels neglected and, in places, like a dilapidated artistic atelier. The biggest issue was cleanliness: cleaning was minimal, there was dust everywhere, the dishes were dirty, and everything was sticky and covered with hair. There was mould in the shower, a dirty bathtub left after previous use, and a broken toilet seat. In the kitchen, you will find empty jars and cans from coffee and oil, as well as other forgotten items left behind by previous guests. The refrigerator had not been defrosted or cleaned for a long time. Personal belongings of the owners and general clutter remained in the wardrobes and drawers. The furniture is worn out and does not match its presentation. The coffee machine shown in the photographs was missing, as were wine glasses, which is particularly surprising in the Piedmont region. During our stay (07/2026), construction work was taking place on the ground floor, through which you have to pass. We do not recommend staying here during the summer – a single portable air conditioner is virtually useless, although it is nice that the owners placed it in the living area. The apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility – there are steps leading into the apartment and five additional steps to reach the bathroom. For accommodation offered to guests, we expect a basic standard of cleanliness and amenities, which is clearly not met here. Therefore, we do not recommend this property.
