The location is amazing, with a great view right i Alba city centre

The air-conditioning did not work in one of the room. Towel for one costumer were missing (then this issue was fixed), the shower was licking, and water was going all around the bathroom... no bidet that is strange for an Italian place. The kitchen was completely empty... not even a bottle of water was available... for the price paid, you would expect a better service...
