    Everything is perfect！

    The house's view exceeded expectations, the room amenities are new, and everything is satisfactory!

    It would be great if there was a bathroom scale available, I need to weigh my luggage when I check out.

    Despite communication errors and confusion about expectations we had a wonderful stay.

    Location was amazing. Fabulous views, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, BBQ outdoor eating and lounging areas. Responsive hosts replied promptly to queries and offered help when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    This was an expensive property and we had asked about what was provided in the house before we arrived, specifically mentioning tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper and spices etc as we planned to cook some meals. We were told a basic starter pack was provided and we would need to replenish at our own cost from the IGA. No problem as we were only staying 4 nights except there was no tea, no coffee/ coffee pods, no milk or butter, no herbs or spices and no olive oil. If we had been given the correct information we could have brought some of these items with us. We did get an apology for the miscommunication but it was quite frustrating. We also had trouble with the complex airconditioning which had different zones and no manual. It was also preset to cut out about 9am each day but no one seemed to know that. Again we received help when we asked for it but a simple manual or instruction sheet would have made it all easy!
