Großes Apartment mit genug Platz für 6 Personen. Sehr freundlicher Inhaber. Gute Lage.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à la belle résidence! Nous étions à Phnom Penh pour un mois et sommes très heureuses d’avoir choisi cet appart-hotel. Vous aurez l’occasion de faire la connaissance de Micheal, le gérant, qui a cœur de faire découvrir le Cambodge et sa capitale et vous donnera les conseils et les bonnes adresses pour faire de votre séjour une réussite L’appartement était fonctionnel et égal à sa description. Vous aurez l’occasion de profiter du rooftop qui est joliment aménagé avec des fauteuils, la piscine, et même un projecteur pour faire des soirée films 🙂 Au RDC il y a un petit restaurant ouvert toute la journée qui fait tout type de plat délicieux La résidence est dans une rue calme et silencieuse, ce qui permet de se reposer de la frénésie de Phnom Penh

Beginning of our Cambodia trip started well!
Staff/owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food delicious, menu choices varied. Beautiful little bar and restaurant in a rustic, home feeling place. Rooms had everything we needed.
Beds hard, rooms a little outdated BUT the price reflects this and we were happy to stay there

Comfortable, spacious, gracious, classy well located apartment
Lovely apartment, lots of space, true 2 bed, well equipped with crockery and cutlery, washing machine, comfortable beds - excellent house red wine and happy to assist with organising activities. Quick grab ride to cbd and on site restaurant was so very appreciated for comfort and ease. At $80 AUD a night, pretty great stay.
The shower fixtures baffled me a bit - i should have paid more attention to our host's instructions! I also had not luck operating the bedroom TV but travel with my own devices anyway, so no big deal.
